Old Business
Rotary District Grant – Finance has been applied for and our grant has been submitted. We are awaiting reward.
Town Management has approved the general location of the pole and flag (in the new Bounds area) once funding and the purchase has been secured.
UPDATE*We receive the district grant that we applied for via check made out to the club, typically by the end of July or beginning of August. More details on that as we know more and follow up.
Club Finance

Paul Harris Fellowship – Thank you to all members who have committed to donating $1000 over the course of the Rotary year! Your contributions sustain the amazing work happening around the globe under by the hands of Rotarians throughout. If you would like an automated method of donation, please visit rotary.org and sign in with your rotary email address.
UPDATE | We have a proposed goal of having 100% of membership attaining the rank of Paul Harris Fellow.
Members that are not within that goal, have been called on in the spirit of service! IF you can donate $200 to the Rotary Foundation, the Warsaw Rotary Club will in-fact, donate the rest of your needed points! This is a prestigious symbol of service. We know it’s possible and we have the means to do it. Please contact Michael Bergamo if you are interested in joining us in this cause. |
Community Support – Rotary’s goal is community service and improvement. Open discussion regarding service opportunities and viable donations to be made as a result of Rotary Fundraising.

Shrimp N’ Suds – Targeting Spring 2022 (Last Saturday in April specifically)
If you are interested in helping with 1 or more tasks that this event will require to make successful, please reach out to Michael Bergamo! We would like this to be something people look forward to year after year for fellowship and fun. Preliminary tasks are in motion to secure a date and venue, along with budget information.
Fishing Tournament! – The club has a proposed idea of a Fishing tournament geared towards the fall season. The event details are to be determined by the club in an open forum for those interested in helping and supporting.

WHAT IS ROTARY! – Ads for each member of Rotary to be the voice of the club. When you (and your organization) are asked, “What is Rotary” we will ask you to give your reason for serving and what it means to your life. This is a relatable way for perspective members and donors to know who to turn to when there is interest.
