We are asking each member to sponsor a flag and invite their circle of friends to do the same.

Paul Harris Fellowship – We are going to ask for RSVP’s for a celebratory dinner at Old Rapp Tap House on November the 8th. We ask for all Rotarians and their significant others to join us to celebrate our 75th anniversary and our club’s entry into 100% PHF status. We will make it!

Old Business

Rotary District Grant – Finance has been applied for and our grant has been submitted. We are awaiting reward.

Town Management has approved the general location of the pole and flag (in the new Bounds area) once funding and the purchase has been secured.

New Business

Trunk or Treat! – Volunteers needed to hand out candy on Halloween at Drive-Thru.

Honor Tag Replacements  – New honor tags are in design now. We will present options to the club for that artwork for a vote. The new tags will still feature the Hero sponsored and the person/business sponsoring but will include unique artwork of our past installations. 

Warsaw Christmas Parade – Pat Pugh has announced December 4th for this years parade!
